B2B courier for Berlin businesses.
Recurring rounds, predictable terms and a fixed contact in dispatch. For laboratories, pharmacies, roasteries, retail and wholesale – and anyone who regularly needs something moved across Berlin.
CROW belongs to the people who ride for it. For you that means no outside investors whose return has to be priced into your rate, and a contact who is actually allowed to decide.
Recurring rounds run on a cooperation agreement
For individual shipments our regular price list applies. As soon as you ride regularly, though, that is rarely the right basis – then we agree fixed terms with you, tailored to volume, locations and time windows. For both sides that is more predictable than a per-kilometre rate that lands differently every month.
If you'd like to try the process first, we bill a test run from the price list and afterwards work out together what makes sense for ongoing operation.
Becoming a customer in three steps
Registration form
You fill in the form on the home page. That's how we set up your customer number.
SEPA mandate
Optional. If you'd like to pay by direct debit, submit the mandate with it.
Cooperation agreement
We negotiate the terms for your recurring rounds and record them in writing.
How billing works
As a business customer you ride on a customer number and receive a collective invoice instead of paying for each ride separately. Payment is by invoice or SEPA direct debit. All prices are net plus 19% VAT.
Invoice queries are answered directly by accounts at buchhaltung@crowberlin.de, so you don't have to tie up dispatch for them.
Your saved emissions, documented
Once a year we issue you a free certificate covering the emissions your shipments saved with us. That is not a guess: it is based on the kilometres actually ridden for you.
For companies with their own sustainability reporting, that is a defensible figure you can carry straight across.
Frequently asked questions
When is a cooperation agreement worthwhile?
As soon as you ride regularly. Get in touch and we'll work out together whether fixed terms come out better for you than the price list.
Can we trial it first?
Yes. We bill a test run from the regular price list, then set the terms.
Do we pay per ride?
No. As a business customer you ride on a customer number and receive a collective invoice, payable by invoice or SEPA direct debit.
Do we get evidence of saved emissions?
Yes, once a year and free of charge, calculated from the kilometres actually ridden for you.
